Descartes STEPcom is switching STEPview to personal user accounts with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This will provide even better protection for your data against unauthorized access.

What do you need to do?

1. You have already requested or received a new personal login?
   After activation, you can log in directly via the Descartes Global Logistics Network (GLN) using 2FA.
   You do not need to take any further action!

2. You have not yet received a new personal login?
   Until 28 February 2026, you can continue to log in using your current credentials (Login Legacy). Please request your new login by sending an e-mail to ServiceDesk@descartes.com, including your contact details.
   Subject: STEPview Login GLN 2FA

From 1 March 2026, access will only be possible via GLN with 2FA.
Group mailboxes will no longer be supported
